What are my shipping options?
Australian Shipping is free for all orders over $69. For more shipping and tracking details, please visit our shipping and returns page. We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours and delivery times will depend on your location and current shipping demands.
Can I place an order from overseas?
Absolutely! We ship to select international destinations at a flat rate of $15. If your country isn't on the list please get in touch via our contact form.
What is your exchange and return policy?

Tell me about your money back guarantee?
Our signature incense, Home, is our most popular and our Kin continue to purchase it over and over. We know you'll love it! And if you don't? Get in touch and you can return it for a full refund!
Refunds are only available for Home incense, when you have not burnt more than two sticks and have returned it to us, in original and undamaged packaging.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
If you have received a faulty or damaged item at the time of delivery, please email us at hello@kinnorth.com with details or your order and photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt. Replacement will be at our discretion and may not be offered if we believe your claim is false.
Where are you located? Where do your events take place?
We are located in Melbourne, Australia.
Do you refund workshop and event tickets?
If we cancel an event you will be offered a refund or the option to use your ticket at a later date. Due to the nature of our events and the coordination that goes into creating them, we are unable to provide refunds. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend.
