Refund policy

 If you have received an incorrect item, we will replace with the correct item or refund your order. Note: items must be returned to receive a refund/exchange and we recommend you use a tracked postal service as we will not liable for refunds/exchanges for undelivered goods.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item at the time of delivery, please email us at with details or your order and photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt. Replacement will be at our discretion and may not be offered if we believe your claim is false.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind or returns for items on sale, gift vouchers or custom orders. Shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.
