"A piece of art." - Clare D

Named after the Akita Museum of Art, home to Japan's most acclaimed local and national artists, this modern incense holder will bring both style and function to your home.

Inspired by the museum's modern architecture, the Akita incense holder is handmade from porcelain and features carved detail and a matte stone glaze.

  • The perfect visual reminder to pause and observe the beauty around you.

  • 100% handmade for individual character and spirit, each piece will differ slightly from each other.

  • A beautifully tactile sculpture that will bring enjoyment for years to you.

  • Designed specifically for Japanese incense..

    Material: Porcelain

    Colour: Matte Stone

    Texture: Carved

Approximately 10.5cm in diameter and 2cm high.

    Individually handcrafted in Bali, Indonesia.

Place your incense into the hole at roughly a 30-degree angle, rather than placing vertically. This will wedge the incense between the sides of the hole, allowing you to burn the majority of the stick.

Keep away from tiny hands and paws and do not leave unattended. The glaze on your holder will change over time when exposed to burning incense.
