Australian Shipping is free for all orders over $75. For more shipping and tracking details, please visit our shipping and returns page.

Can I place an order from overseas?

Absolutely! Our website isn't yet set up for international shipments so please get in contact with us via email for international orders. Send an email to hello@kinnorth.com.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

If you have received a faulty or damaged item at the time of delivery, please email us at hello@kinnorth.com with details or your order and photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt. Replacement will be at our discretion and may not be offered if we believe your claim is false.


Where are you located? Where do your events take place?

We are located in Melbourne, AUS and most events take place here, with retreats further afield. Stay connected as we have plans to expand our events to other cities in Australia and beyond.


Do you refund workshop and event tickets?

If we cancel an event you will be offered a refund or the option to use your ticket at a later date. Due to the nature of our events and the coordination that goes into creating them, we are unable to provide refunds. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend.
