We currently deliver within Australia and offer complimentary shipping on orders over $75!
Orders under $75 attract a flat fee of $10.
We will always attempt to ship a completed order within 48 hours, meaning most Australian deliveries arrive within 3 business days in metropolitan areas and up to 10 business days in regional areas. These timelines are provided as a guideline only and we cannot be held liable for late deliveries due.
We keep our packaging minimal and prioritise sustainable options such as compostable sticky tape, stickers and tissue and recyclable mailing boxes.
Returns and Exchanges
If you have received an incorrect item, we will replace with the correct item or refund your order. Note: items must be returned to receive a refund/exchange and we recommend you use a tracked postal service as we will not liable for refunds/exchanges for undelivered goods.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item at the time of delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details or your order and photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt. Replacement will be at our discretion and may not be offered if we believe your claim is false.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind or returns for items on sale, gift vouchers or custom orders. Shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.
We do not accept refunds for the purchase of digital items. These purchases are final.

Please email us at email@example.com for any refund or exchange requests. We aim to respond within 24 hours but this may be longer at certain times of year. Items returned to us without a previous email will not be processed.
Returned items must be completed within 7 days of receiving your item. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days and refunds may take up to 10 days to arrive in your bank account.
